2009 Confirmation Class
Confirmation is a special time in the life of our church. This is a beautiful service after 4 weeks of classes. During that time our Pastors, Youth Minister, Children's Director and Mentors help to answer many questions and teach our young people about our faith and Jesus Christ.  This years class was: Trystan Meacham and Mentor, Biff Hutchinson, John Michael Drumheller and Mentor, David Clark, Grace Callaway and Mentor, Barbara Shurptine,  Allison Farill and Mentor, Beverly Copeland, Chase Bicksler and Mentor, Dana Green and Shelley Green and Mentor, Margaret Yancey.  We are so proud and thankful for new members of Covington First.

When a child receives Holy Baptism every member of our church family promises to help raise, guide and nurture these children.
